It's A Sin To Kill A Mockingbird

The inspiration for this painting was one of my all time favorite novels, 'To Kill A Mockingbird', by Harper Lee.  It was later made into a movie starring Gregory Peck.  I saw this movie as a young child (my parents never knew my older cousins had snuck me into the movie theater).  Though I didn't fully understand the underlying themes at the time (rape, incest, racism, etc.), the movie nevertheless had a profound effect on me.  My painting, 'It's A Sin To Kill A Mockingbird'.  Available through Gallery Antonia, Chatham, MA. 508-469-4020
